"This is a super cute little motel. It’s right in the middle of downtown, so walking distance from everything! It was perfect and the host was very nice and helpful with questions and also responded in a great amount of time! Would recommend and would stay here again! "

"Very pleased. Although the mattresses on the beds are very hard. Would suggest the following to make guests more comfortable: hooks for clothing and wet towels. There is no place to hang anything in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Waste basket in bathroom. Fitted sheets on bunk beds. Another chair by the couch area. Stools at breakfast bar nice. Take the plastic off light in bunk bed area. Not safe and could melt to glass if it hasn’t already. New Broom. I will upload photos. "

"After reading the reviews I was a little worried on booking, but I was like hey everyone has a different experience. The house was very clean! Our favorite view was from the backyard/sunroom. Nothing beats that beautiful view! The only thing bad that I have to say is if you like a little night pizza to snack on bring your own pizza cutter! But otherwise our stay was wonderful. The host communicated back with us in a timely manner. I would definitely stay at this location again. "

"Well it was a good location upon arrival we found the cabin a bit dirty but within 5 minutes of me contacting the manager they had things back in order. The motel could be updated but the cabin was wonderful. Unfortunately they were doing road construction so it was a bit confusing to get in the parking lot wish they would have told us that before hand. Overall rating was a 5 because we were happy with how everything turned out. We would stay again. "

"Within a two hour radius of this property, you can visit many interesting and beautiful sites. The property description and pictures are spot on. It was cold while we were there and we feared that the school house would be drafty. No worries --- we were very comfortable inside and didn't notice the need for jackets until walking out the front door. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone."

"Great little waterfront cabin! We stayed for a long weekend of playing on the water. Access to the inland waterway is only 20 minutes away. Mackinaw only 10 minutes, and a good boat launch right next door. Rustic cabin charm was awesome. Reminded me of Canadian fishing trips with my dad."

"This truly felt like a home away from home for us! Me and my girls were in between moving in and out of different homes and spent 10 nights here - It was perfect and what we needed during the transition! Being right on the water was a dream come true - especially the views waking up first thing in the morning and then around sunset. The owner, Carlos was very quick to answer any questions we had and quick to help with anything we needed. My girls LOVED the hot tub, it was very clean and always...

"Very roomy and enjoyable place to stay. I loved how relaxing it was. I was thankful to be allowed to bring my dog. I appreciated that the price was reasonable! Great stay and I hope to come again!! "

"It really was perfect for our ski team’s stay. There were enough beds, a large table and common area to gather and a well equipped kitchen. There was some trouble with one of the bathrooms, but the owner was very responsive."

"This was a beautiful stay for my family and I. We were in town for a couple days to visit Mackinac Island. The cabin was spacious and clean. My dad an I also enjoyed the opportunity to take the kayaks out on the lake. Would stay here again."
