You’ll love the large, peaceful backyard with your private path to Little Black River - great for fishing! Cheboygan’s walkable Main Street shops and restaurants and the Lake Huron beach and lighthouse are less than 5 minutes away. Mackinaw City and the ferry to Mackinac Island are a scenic 20 minute drive down the road. Spacious, clean and comfortable place for the whole group!

Through the front door you'll enter a very spacious livingroom complete with comfortable sofabed, loveseat, reclining chairs, and large 65" TV. Also in the livingroom area are a game table (fooseball, mini pool, and air hockey), dartboard, and additional 4-person dining table.
The dining room seats 4 and there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter, making plenty of dining space for the whole group. The roomy kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge with ice/water dispenser, Keurig and drip coffee makers, mini air fryer, griddle, regular toasters and toaster oven, and many pots and pans as well as dishes, utensils and glassware. Coffee is provided as well as many other kitchen essentials.
The main bathroom has a full bath/shower and is stocked with plenty of towels as well as basic soaps, shampoo and conditioner and a hair dryer.
Bedroom 1 has a twin XL bed and a full-size futon with extra sheets and bedding available.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a full bed.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a queen size futon with extra sheets and bedding available. The master bedroom bathroom has a shower as well as soaps, shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels.
The livingroom sofabed couch provides additional sleeping space with extra bedding found in the matching ottoman.

Free Wi-Fi included as well as TV subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

This is a perfect Northern Michigan winter retreat for hunting, fishing, and winter sports! Plenty of space for parking your camper or trailer of toys. Just a one minute ride away from the North Central State Trail for snowmobiling and cross-country skiing!
