Beautiful apartment in the heart of the medieval town with private garage

Spacious, bright and pleasant apartment of 110 square meters on one level, completely renovated in 2016, with a parking space and a large private garage that can easily accommodate two cars, motorcycles, bicycles ...
Ideally located on the 1st floor of a village house, this apartment is on a quiet street 1 minute walk from the historic and commercial center of Ribeauvillé. It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, the living room, all with an area of 50 square meters, facing south and with open views.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, one of 10m2 with a double bed of 140x190, the second of 14m2 with a double bed of 160x200, and the third of 15m2 with two single beds of 90x190, of a bathroom with 90x140 shower, separate WC as well as a laundry room equipped with an exercise bike and a stepper.
In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 60 corresponding to the "end of stay" cleaning fee, payable upon your arrival.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.
I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival. If you are interested in this option, could you let me know by email or by phone on 06 08 11 21 93.

Parfait!

Séjour parfait. Nous avons séjourné en famille 4 adultes et 2 ados et tout le monde était ravi. L’appartement est spacieux , lumineux et très fonctionnel. Il est parfaitement équipé et particulièrement bien situé dans le centre historique de Ribeauvillé à quelques pas de tous commerces, tout en étant très calme sur une cour peu passante. Un grand merci à Anne qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a fait bénéficier de ses précieux conseils pour nos visites, restos, etc… tout au long de notre séjour! Nous espérons déjà revenir bientôt !

An amazing host and beautiful apartment!

This property is spacious, clean, well equipped and a great location. Having access to the on site garage is an asset rarely enjoyed and a great convenience. Anne is a very gracious, helpful and considerate host, always quick to respond to anything you need. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return again

Very pleasant stay

Perfectly equipped apartment. It has all kind of dishes, kitchen machines, pans, a proper kitchen.... Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. We very well received by the owner of the apartment. The location is also quite convenient in the middle of the old town but also close to the park. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable.

Super appartement et super accueil!

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement en plein centre de Ribeauvillé. Le garage est un plus, les places de stationnement étant limitées et la police du stationnement très active! Anne est des plus accueillante, très a l'écoute, prête a rendre service ou conseiller sur ce qu'il y a à voir ou faire dans les alentours. Appartement nickel et très bien équipé en quantité et qualité.

Wunderbare Wohnung bei einer reizenden Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Trotz ihrer zentralen Lage ist sie sehr ruhig. Der Garagenplatz ist viel wert. Anne ist eine zauberhafte Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar ist und jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Im Herzen der Altstadt

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern über die Pfingsttage in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht absolut der Realität. die Zimmer sind groß und gemütlich, der Wohnraum und die Küche sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Wlan funktioniert bestens und wer es braucht kann auf deutsche Sender im TV zurückgreifen. Die Altstadt von Ribeauville ist wunderschön und die Wohnung liegt mittendrin. Perfekt ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage, in die ein Auto passt. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf

We verbleven een verlengd weekend in het appartement. Het is een groot appartement vlakbij het centrum. Er is een wel een steile trap om het appartement te betreden. Het appartement is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Alles was zeer goed schoongemaakt. Een zeer groot pluspunt is dat er een garage aanwezig is. Parkeren is anders vaak een probleem. We misten een klein terrasje om eens buiten te kunnen zitten, maar dat wisten we op voorhand.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Elsass

Dieses Quartier war ideal, um von dort aus mit unseren drei Kindern Ausflüge ins Elsass zu unternehmen. In der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt, sie ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Garage im Haus haben wir sehr praktisch gefunden. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf und Retaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus hat Ribeauvillé einen sehr schönen großen Spielplatz, den wir ebenfalls zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichen konnten. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben.
