"The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only had one converter with me and they lent us one to use during the stay. The breakfast spread included many options. The hotel is located in a beey convenient area - across the street from the train station, multiple grocery stores and restaurants steps away. The room and bathroom were on the small side without much storage room but overall I would stay here again."

"The apartment and the rooms were all well looked after. Clean, tidy with good amenities. I gave it 4 star due to the windows, yes, the windows. Even though the windows were closed, we could hear everything, just as if they were open. If they sort this out, 5 star all the way."

"On arrival the lady on the desk asked that both myself and my wife produce ID. My wife didnt have ID on her but the lady on the reception at first was not very helpful, she told me that no ID is a problem. It had to be a Gov issue ID. After 5 minutes of my wife scrolling through her photos on her phone looking for something, i went to the desk to complain and then the hostess told me to search in photos for passport which sorted the issue. She should have just said straight away rather then...

"Okay stay... We chose to stay here due to the opening offer discount, which we were happy with the hotel for what we paid, but would have been disappointed if we had paid more! One issue was the room bed size - we paid more for a king size bed, however, according to their very own receptionist, on the hotels booking system there is no differentiation between a double and a king. Therefore, they charge you more for a king when there's no difference to a double. The bed was 2 single divans pushed...

"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "
