"Walls are paper thin. Their staff decided it was a good idea to clean until 11pm outside my room. I heard nonstop talking, laughing, and vacuuming. I did not get any sleep until midnight. Additionally, their "blinds" were see through. I could see right outside and from the parking lot when the lights were on in my room, people could see me. It was terrifying and I couldn't wait to check out."

"Overall this property is excellent. Comfortable bed, a bar, breakfast was above average and within walking distance to reasonable places to eat and an easy drive to refuel and get to the airport. The one surprise was pulling up to a $48 valet charge and they were not very forthcoming about other local parking garages (that were a half block away for $15). After driving for 5 hours we went with valet. To add we had some digital pay issues to get our car - and pay for the valet. So, while...

"Great hotel for being close to the Phoenix airport. Each to get to, and to leave. Outdoor pool was nice while we were there. Room is spacious. Easy to fit four people plus our luggage. The in-room A/C was VERY loud. Had to shut it down in the middle of the night. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful."

"The property offered very little parking; spaces were small and tight. Not enough parking for all the guests. The room was mediocre at best. The outlets didn’t work for charging phones, the bathroom was gross, there was no garbage can, they only left 2 towels when our reservation was for 3 people. The property was directly across the street from a club that played thumping music until 2 am. There were homeless people on the lot. It was definitely NOT worth the price we spent."

"The rooms were okay. Very outdated and could use a deep cleaning. And replacement of furniture. Microwave not in room. Experienced two door issues and maintenance came quickly to replace batteries. The resort is an elevated motel experience with lots of pulls and amenities. Great location and there is a water slide that my family enjoyed. Room service was awful for $100 everything was over cooked and tough to eat. The room itself doesn’t really uphold the Hilton standards."

The staff went above and beyond to assist us with resolving an unexpected travel challenge that was not related to the hotel at all. The pool area was really pretty, clean, and safe. The breakfast had a lot of variety, was well cooked/prepared, and the whole breakfast area was kept spotless."

"There’s a ton of small print while staying here.. it says in the hotel description that parking is free on site and it’s not, unless you’re a best western premier member.. a actually $15/night.. like no other place I’ve stayed they send you a note via email that it’s illegal to bring outside beverages/alcohol but they full size fridge in the room I was in. Staff told me when I checked in that there’s complimentary coffee in the morning along with some pastries.. the coffee’s not just sitting out...
