"When we checked in, the TV was broken in our room. When they couldn’t get the TV fixed, they moved us to another room and even upgraded our stay! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We would stay here again."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay in Scottsdale. We stayed here quite often. The staff is helpful considerate and the room is nice and clean. The only suggestion I would make is that the air conditioner continue to run when you’re sleeping. It’s frustrating to wake up because it is I assume activated by moving around and when you don’t move around, it doesn’t run so you wake up hot in the middle of the night that is my only complaint about the hotel. Great location definitely will be...

"I was very surprised how nice the property was for the deal that's we got. It was very clean, quiet, and updated. My only issue was the parking. The lot was very full and we had to park on the far side of the hotel and bring our things in through the pool area."

"I was not happy arrived late in the night and no one was there to attend to me. The lobby was cold only one person and he spoke no English
I had to wait for the desk employee to come back to check me in. I was told my payment didn't go through when Expedia took the money out of my account. Arriving late as a women didn't make me feel safe. When I swiped my AmX she said it didn't go through and ask to see the card and type in the number."

"The community is older and a bit dated in the paint and walls both interior and exterior. The landscaping is well maintained and makes the property prettier. The rooms are all suites and a nice size. Beds were comfortable. The maintenance and cleaning staff, along with hotel guests services were excellent! The Tocaloma Spa facility is also slightly dated and the staff make up for it with their skill and hospitality. The Different Pointe of View is an exquisite evening view with a very busy staff...

"The price was excellent for where it was. I have stayed here two different times and will stay again. The staff was very accommodating as well. The rooms are only cleaned during your stay if you request it. You can ask for extra towels as well. This doesn't bother me at all and wasnt a problem."
