"Our room was right next to the reception desk and we never heard a sound. There was a fan in the room and a small gas fireplace. There were two relaxing chairs and a round table next to a large window with a view of the ocean off to the right of the window. If we opened the window, we could hear the waves crashing toward the shore. The staff were welcoming and polite. The property was clean and our room was immaculate and comfortable. "The room was exactly what was described when we were shopping for one. I was here (diff hotel, but wished it was here), two days ago, and it was the perfect day and night for San Simeon’s beaches! "Easy check in, close to beach, ocean views from our room, walk to restaurants, few minute drive to cambria and hearst castle abput 20 minutes , great location, fridge micro also, pet friendly with no extra fees fur them so thats always a plus, we will stay again definitely, tho they are doing construction and remodeling atm we stayed june 2025 but it didnt interrupt any part of the stay thankfully 😀 we loved it"
