Very nice location. We didn't have a whole lot of high expectations. We booked a ocean view room and that while it has a good view of the water and could hear the ocean at night, it's pretty noisy during the day with cars going by. The room is spacious and having a fireplace is a nice touch. Even in May it was chilly enough to have it on.
We loved having the boardwalk just across the street and were out walking everyday. It's only a 2 mile walk into town. Having breakfast delivered in the morning is a nice touch. However, if only they could stop the annoying pounding on the door to notify you. Maybe use a bell or something gentler.
