Everything was new and clean, the room was incredibly nice and decorated very well, the entire atmosphere and concept of the hotel is so cool and unique and the prices are very reasonable. "The parking is the worst if you own a 1/2 ton truck, so you’re better off parking on the street with low risk of meter maid tickets. My room did not have an ocean view, but I walked over on the second floor there is a patio that has that Ocean view. Walking distance to the Embarcadero is what makes this Hotel the best location."

The “suite” turned out to be two standard rooms connected by an interior door rather than what most travelers would consider a true suite. The property felt neglected. There was dog waste on the grounds, the carpet felt damp and had an unpleasant odor, and there were no trash cans in the room. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were hard, and we did not sleep well. The rooms also lacked basic conveniences such as USB...

"Details stated front desk was 24/7, I drove a few hours and didn’t get there till about 1AM. Front door was open but nobody was in the little lobby. I was waiting for an hour and the dude opened the door from the other side in the office and was drunk as hell. I was ringing the bell, calling and texting the phone. I even emailed the place. Never got a response within that hour waiting. Besides that, everything was fine."

Parking was very close and accessible to the room. WiFi was easy access and easy to connect. Only negative thing was I could hear the neighbors tv at night and muffled talking. Needs some insulation between walls maybe. I would stay again for sure. Also, was very accessible to walking to shops downtown and walking around the Embarcadero. Enjoyed...
