"The room was clean, clean sheets and towels. Helpful staff & breakfast was served right on time. Gated parking, complimentary shuttle if needed."

"We sent for valet at 7 am to get our vehicle. No one knew where the valet person was. Finally after waiting for 2.5 hrs at 9:30 another employee showed up and the one that was working overnight we watched get out of her car. She was sleeping. There were 4 of us waiting for cars. "Stayed in the king suite which had a kitchenette including a full size refrigerator with freezer. Clean and updated. Kids slept on pull out. Great for family or guests. Pool was very small and only 4 feet- but enough for a quick dip. No hot tub. Gym was nice and clean. Great access to many downtown and restaurants on foot."
