"This is what you might call an eco-retro motel. We enjoyed the motel vibe and had a great view of the mountains. We also took advantage of the sauna (no charge for those staying at the motel but you need to reserve). The breakfast was also delicious and the restaurant was excellent for dinner. We also appreciated the kitchenette in the room. This motel is just far enough from the city center of Queenstown to be away from the hustle and bustle. "The layout of hotel a bit of a maze and finding it at night difficult. Roads unsigned and hotel sign at night difficult to see. Ground floor labelled 4. Room was on 4 but not same 4 as entry.- several lifts away. No porter to show your room for first time. "

"Good amenities, quiet, and clean. The kitchenette and bathroom were very nice inclusions and the room was spacious with a lot of great light and high ceilings. Free laundry right outside the room was great, and it was a short jaunt to the city center and close enough to the airport that a single bus got us there in about 10 mins. Only real complaint was that I never got an answer when trying to call reception during business hours and no response to my email inquiring about extending our stay...

Bed half done, towels strewn across bathroom, bed pillows looked like they had been slept on, no coffee refills. When raised with reception, we were told they could do nothing about it. Worst Ramada experience. "
