"The front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating. The pool area was clean and organized and always had a lifeguard on duty during open times. The gym was ok. I had trouble trying to start one of the bicycles, and one I couldn't use because it was directly in front of the A/C vent, blowing cold air. The room was a little smaller than I expected but it was comfortable. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the food was pretty good. The area around the hotel is full of restaurants and...

"Clean and spacious area. Owner/broker of the unit was responsive to emails. Had an initial difficult time check in. I requested for the unit owner to send me communication via email address. And it was better. Will come back here again. "

"Amazing hotel.My room was clean and very comfortable. The location was in Adams Morgan area- great neighborhood. I’d stay at the High Road again. Definitely recommend it if you don’t mind a small room. And I’m a senior so you don’t have to be a “kid” lol to enjoy the stay."

"Staff was great! Helpful and friendly in spite of the hotel being inundated with thousands of visitors for the convention next door, it seemed like this was a normal day and they powered through as total professionals."

"I loved my stay at The Darcy. Andrew at checkin was just awesome! Hotel was clean and comfortable, and it’s close to so much, as long as you don’t a bit of walking, and the staff really do a good job servicing the rooms. The king room I was in did not have much of a view and the rooms are small, but it felt cozy. The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up each morning. I’ll be back, I hope!"

"Great place to stay for a convention. The staff was wonderful!! Very clean and quiet. Very convenient walking to necessities like shopping, dining, and the convention center. Did not visit the Ciel rooftop bar, but seems very popular. Morning coffee was wonderful. Highly recommend. Only drawback was the rain shower pressure was very hard to manage because the streams need to be decalcified- but was very clean none the less 🤗"

"The hotel is centrally located. Offers complimentary breakfast. Its a 12 minute Uber ride to the Washington Monument. There is an alley in between the hotel and the next building incase you have a car and need to easily access the front valet service. Overall, its nice"

"Our stay was quiet, comfortable, and easy. The proximity to the parking garage was a huge perk. We felt safe the whole time. The rooftop bar offered some really good food after a day in the city. My family and I ordered appetizers and highly recommend the truffle potatoes, crab dip, sweet chili shrimp, and chicken skewers. We would definitely consider this hotel if we ever come back. I will say that it is a much farther walk to the Capital than I thought but it was a safe and easy walk."
