"Perfect location"

"Hotel itself is nice and in a great area. Rooms are just not clean. Thick layers of dust on surfaces, hair in bathtub and on towels, etc. just gross. They switched my room in the middle of the night because of this but the second room was also dirty. Also, the wifi doesn’t work for computers if you work at a big firm or the government because the wifi is so “unsecured” and big company firewalls literally block it. Staff said this is normal and instead of getting better wifi, they just ask...

"Very positive experience, I would stay here again"

"The price and location was right. But when we (2 of us) arrived we were billed an additional mandatory $37 for wine at happy hour (which we were not there for) and breakfast. Breakfast= lots of glutenous choices, a few proteins (h-boiled eggs, deli meat slices, yogurt, cream cheese, sweetened p-butter), juice, tea, coffee. There are however no nearby restaurants or cafes. Our room was a bit stuffy and there was no way to open a window or adjust the thermostat."

"I like that each room has a place"

"This was the absolute best hotel accommodations I have experienced in America or France. I look forward to being a repeat customer. Thank you for your stellar property and services!"

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and informative; top marks for them. The included breakfast offerings were numerous and tasty; a very good start to the day before exploring DC. The room was neat and clean. The free shuttle was especially helpful to and from Union Station as a starting point for a walking tour of the National Mall. We walked to nearby restaurants (Union Market) for our evening meals. The hotel was about a quarter mile to the nearest Metro (NoMa-Galluadet U),...

"I loved everything about my stay at the Hyatt! The location was perfect, everything was nearby which I loved; some were walkable and some were a 10 minute Uber ride. The hotel was clean, well maintained and welcoming. The staff made the experience even better with their warm hospitality. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious and a wonderful bonus. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area"
