"It is a beautiful property and the rooms are really nice and spacious. Location is great. One elevator out of two has been out of service for a while. Our room never got serviced during the day despite leaving a message to do so, at the front desk in the morning. We were delayed in arriving by a day due to flight cancellations, but the property manager refused to refund one night's charges. It is a wonderful property and I wish we received better service, so that I could give it 5 stars."

"my window was broken and did not shut, so each night there were roaches and bugs, also the shower was very dirty. had to use towels to cover the ground."

"An amazing gem in beauty and features whether rhe common areas or rhe room. I chose it as an alternate to staying at one of the mass market convention hotels for a recent conference. I felt like a visiting dignitary by how the staff treat guests, the elegance, and the decor. It is a fast 4 block walk or inexpensive cab ride to the convention sites. Well worth that little bit of extra time."

"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically...
