Featuring a fully loaded kitchen, plush king bed, queen bedroom with river views, and a queen sleeper sofa, this unit is in the heart of it all. The dining, shopping, and walkable venue access makes this location sought after by locals and travelers alike! Make this your home base for the night or the month and enjoy all of what Portsmouth offers all year round.

Our property overlooks the Piscataqua River with views of the Memorial Bridge and the working tugs of Portsmouth. Here, you'll be in the heart of it all with direct access to restaurants and shopping on Market and Bow st., the famous Deck's of Portsmouth, and venues such as Jimmy's Jazz club and the 100 Club. Stay with us at the Tugboat Vista & enjoy a better location then all the hotels of Portsmouth.

Cute apartment with fantastic view

Great communication from the management. We had a furniture issue and they had options to rectify but we choose to decline due to only having a short time in town. We would stay here again or one of their other properties.
