"The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room had excellent A/C which was a huge bonus in the July humidity. We received welcome chocolates, pajamas, slippers and pour over coffee in the room. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet compared to other bustling parts of the city. There are multiple dining options within a short walk and a 24/hr supermarket across the street. This hotel feels like a hidden gem"

I loved the onsen and really enjoyed it, but none of my family members were interested in it. Also, Toyosu is not the best location if you want to explore and enjoy Tokyo."

"Very clean, nice and bright rooms. Breakfast was nice, very helpful staff."

"Another cozy place. 5 min walk to the Hatchobori station. Check-in process was very easy and accommodating. We were early and they let us leave our luggage there as we went out. When we came in the evening to check in, our luggage was already in the room. Felt more like a dorm room than a hotel. Could use a little bit of cleaning. Carpet was dirty and had stains. We didn't feel comfortable using the electric kettle either. Front desk staff were extremely helpful."
