"I enjoyed the room was spacious and the toilet and shower were separated. The staff was friendly and helpful. A staff member helped fill out the baggage transport service form to send my luggage to my next city. However, the laundry machines did not dry well. We had to air dry our clothes or else we would have spend so much money to dry them. Next time just wash and dry in small piles."

"This property is clean and our apartment (302) was exactly what we needed. Only a few mins walking to the TCAT station. The airport limousine shuttle is a short 30-min trip to/from HND airport. There is a 24/7 7-11 store just around the corner and it offers just about everything you would need to supplement making any meals. The kitchen in the apartment is fully stocked with cups, plates, utensils, etc. The washer/dryer combo was perfect for our short stay. The smart TV was great for streaming...

"Our favorite part of the hotel was the lobby offerings of teas, bath salts, face masks and other self-care items available in the evenings. Our favorite part of the room was the bathtub. We enjoyed taking a bath 5 of the 7 nights we were there. We also enjoyed using the face masks 4-5 nights that we were there. Thank you."

"The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The room had excellent A/C which was a huge bonus in the July humidity. We received welcome chocolates, pajamas, slippers and pour over coffee in the room. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet compared to other bustling parts of the city. There are multiple dining options within a short walk and a 24/hr supermarket across the street. This hotel feels like a hidden gem"

"I gave top ratings for everything; however, I would not stay here again. The hotel is very large, so it feels crowded with too many people. I loved the onsen and really enjoyed it, but none of my family members were interested in it. Also, Toyosu is not the best location if you want to explore and enjoy Tokyo."
