"Convenient location to the public beach and walk to local shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our party of 4. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a restaurant onsite, however, i did not use it. There is a very beautiful view from the rooftop bar. Beautiful photos at night with the sunset and beach view. Overall a nice hotel for a quick stop in venice close to the beach."

"I was traveling with two teenagers. What I love most about this hotel is that the hotel room is nice and clean and both my kids can sleep comfortably, one in a single bed and one in a sofa bed. The breakfast is free for kids under 18. Also the location is fantastic if you come for the Biennale. It’s one stop from the Giardini location if you take the boat, and 10-15 minutes if you like to go there on foot. The nearest water bus station is 4 minutes away by walking."

"If I came back to Venice I would stay again. In a quiet residential area great for someone looking for a relaxing stay away from the crowds. Less than a mile walk to public transportation (water bus) with easy access to all the places you’d want to visit. You have to walk a bit to get to the free public beach- you can’t access it from the end of the road. Friendly staff, cozy room, good atmosphere."

"Pros: - the location is super ideal - the ac was cold enough - the shower was hot enough - the beds were comfortable enough Cons: - there was a mixup with our reservations but was addressed and upgraded the same day due to the mixup on the hotel employee’s end. - somehow there was already a mosquito in my room when I arrived and I got multiple bites due to this in the course of the night while I was sleeping. "
