"Location was good and the service was excellent. Cleanliness needs improvement. There’s some hair in the bathroom and some small cobwebs. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay."

"Arrived early into Sydney on a red eye from Darwin. Didnt expect access to our room nor did we ask for it. Check in was done immediately and access to the room given. So nice to have a rest! Very close to train station and access into CBD. Amazing shower head amd comfy bed"

"Excellent property would definitely recommend. It was clean, modern, spacious and safe. Everything you could want was provided. Concierge service was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed with a 1 year old and it had everything we needed and was close to all the main transportation links. "

"Comfortable, quiet and so close to different public transport options. Very close to the mall, Chinatown, Capitol theatre and Circular Quay. All are walking or public transport away. Staff are friendly and helpful. I did do a bit of floor elevator hoping but its good after someone explains how it works."
