"It was a wonderful three-night stay. The room was ready early, which allowed for a nice relax before the evening activities. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful supplying an additional blanket for use. Breakfast was easy, lots of hot options and the coffee is quite good. Would definitely book another stay in the future."

"This was a cute and stylish hotel in downtown San Francisco. There were some sketchy characters hanging around the neighborhood as it’s right on the edge of the tenderloin which is not a great part of San Francisco. However, I felt safe at the hotel and had no trouble getting transportation like an Waymo and taxis. The staff was very nice. There was parking right next-door for $50 for 24 hours that was not affiliated with the hotel. I liked that we had a room on a high floor to be able to take...

"Convenient location and great bed. The bathroom wasn’t exactly private, which was strange. Breakfast was some carbs and mostly empty. Overall good location and comfortable. "

"The Tenderloin district was a couple blocks away. A bit scary. However, around a different corner was the 4 Seasons. We went to the Blue Bottle coffee shop. Ghirardelli chocolate ice cream shop, and Ray Ban shop near by. Great stuff. Clean Oh, and they need to provide coffee in the rooms!! Otherwise, outstanding."
