"I have stayed here several times and used to love this place, but my most recent experience was deeply upsetting. After staying for another 3 days, I asked for a late check-out which was declined (fair enough), but the owner's attitude turned incredibly hostile when I asked to store my luggage. Despite being a repeat customer, I was treated like a nuisance for simply sitting in the common area waiting for my ride. The owner eventually chased me out to my Uber, telling me I was "repulsive" and...

Our room was smelly, with old and damaged furniture. The pictures on Expedia are misleading as we had no view, we had old damaged furniture, and we were off the back road and nowhere Palmer Street.
