"Clean and comfortable in a good location. Helpful staff. Breakfast was a bit limited but plenty of it, both European and Asian tastes catered for. They don't sell beer at their bar and all drink service stopped at 10pm. The laundry room was excellent and reasonably priced. "

"Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. "Note that although this hotel looks very near the train station on the map, it is on the wrong side of it for passenger boarding, so you have to walk about 10 minutes around the (long) block. Other than that and its location on a very busy road with no meaningful sidewalk (which is hardly unique in hanoi), this is a great place: clean, nicely decorated, huge bed (in our room, anyway :)"
