"Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). "Chambre avec fenêtre qui donnait sur un couloir intérieur éclairé toute la nuit.(sans rideaux occultants) Salle de bain rudimentaire et sans charme Petit déjeuner très médiocre à 200m dans un autre établissement . Mais personnel agréable et serviable Et bonne localisation du quartier"

We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties...

"Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...
