"We enjoyed our time at Morro Bay, and this small hotel was in the perfect location. The price was good and the breakfast offered was a nice plus. The owner is very attentive to the guests. The location can’t be beat—within walking distance to all the sites but in a quiet street. The bed was very comfortable. "

"The room was super clean, neat, and well-kept. It had everything you needed, and I really appreciated the TV with all the streaming services. It was a super convenient location with so many restaurants, cafes, nearby and Morro walk was a walking distance away. Reasonably priced. Very happy with my stay!"

"We use this for a local base around Baywood, Los Osos, San Luis Obispo or Morro Bay, not for the golf. Very pretty, nice and helpful folks, decent price, nice outdoor spa. Not a walking destination, but sufficient restaurants & etc. fairly close by. "

"Quaint no-frills motel- owned by the same kind family for 42 years. It’s obvious that they take meticulous care of this place- and so very nice! Great location walking distance to everything - Scout coffee a 4 minute walk, which is awesome. Our room still has the “magic fingers” bed massage for a quarter- a fun throwback, and a for-show only push button phone- but a nice tv that can connect to your favorite streaming service. "Room was newly renovated and was really nice. Unexpected window shade wiith beautiful coastal picture that served as a black out curtain as well. Coffee, toothpaste and toothbrush, along with body soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Very friendly front desk staff and housekeeping staff. Very quiet and peaceful. A 5 minute walk to stores, restaurants and local pubs. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be going back."
