"Things were very clean and after a cleaning product odor in our initial room, the manager gladly swapped rooms for another without the odor! Excellent customer care!"

"The alarm clock in the room went off at 2am even though I never touched it. I tried to reset it but could not so I unplugged it. I think it’s broken. Since everyone has an alarm clock on their phone the old one on the night stand should just be removed. You could not get cool water at either the sink or bath tub so the problem is not at the faucet. When the faucet was all the way to cold the water was still well over 100 degrees so there is hot water mixing in somehow to the whole building....

"Staff was extremely kind and above and beyond with service. Very comfortable clean bed. Smart TV (a bit finicky which was frustrating but it worked). Pool was clean and cool. Hair dryer, fridge, microwave, iron, AC. Good location close to lots of stores and restaurants. Overall an enjoyable stay."

"Clean room, clean bed, clean bath, great hot shower. Needs wall and door paint. TV works. Warm room on a cool day. Mini fridge & microwave. Friendly staff. Quiet. Park right outside of room. Great value!"
