I stayed on December 9th. Heater worked great, parking right in front of the room, room was clean and fresh at check-in. Microwave, larger minifridge and shower was hot and clean with a full size tube for after hiking soak. Great base camp for exploring Mt. Whitney.

Just outside town but in a good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Love this for being pet friendly. Breakfast (free) was excellent.
