    Estamos rodeados de lugares para practicar senderismo, ciclismo, ciclismo de montaña, montañismo, pesca, paseos en OHV, fotografía, piragüismo, golf y paseos en bote.

    Diana y yo compramos esta propiedad en 1997 y nos casamos aquí en 1999 (ver fotos). El lugar está marcado por un banco donde a menudo nos sentamos a contemplar la puesta de sol sobre las montañas Inyo.

    Nuestro hijo nombró a la propiedad Reo's Ranch después de nuestro perro de rescate Reo. Él encapsuló la sensación de amor incondicional que tenemos por este lugar. Desde entonces, parece que todos los perros disfrutan en su espacio libre y abierto. Hay una foto de él con un sombrero en las fotos.

Awesome place. We had not stayed in the area before but it is amazing with all of the sierras and recreational activities. The house is perfectly located, had all amenities as advertised, very clean and very cool place to stay

Lone Pine getawayThis is really a unique place located in the Alabama Hills… Beautiful view of the Whitney Mountain range. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is clean and the owners are easy to get a hold of when needed..It’s a 10 out of 10!

Absolutely amazing stay once again! Mike and Diana are the best hosts we have ever had! This was our 4th stay and everything was great as always, however we had some car trouble and reached out to Mike. He had a mechanic at the house at 8:30 the next morning and he fixed the problem within an hour. Just one of many ways that show how much the Campbell's will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect!

Great property and host. No hassle, everything you need is there - just bring your food & beverage (and fishing gear and clothes of course).The views are stunning. We enjoyed the house and its proximity to good fishing, fantastic hiking, climbing and exploring. Very private and quiet. The overall experience was fantastic.

We loved our stay at Reo's Ranch! The house wakes to incredible views of the Alabama Hills and the on-site amenities felt like a high end mountain chateau. The house itself has lots of space and was a wonderful retreat after long days out in the heat, exploring the trails and local outdoor excursions. It had everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen and good pillows. The hosts were responsive and surprised us with thoughtful messages, encouraging us during a big foot race we were competing in nearby Death Valley. We feel as though we lucked out with the best place in the area and have already recommended it to all our friends! We will surely book again next visit! Thank you!

The views were outstanding!!! Seeing the sunrise and the sunset each morning was great. The house was clean, and the fireplace and record player were fun. Very peaceful area and we enjoyed walking the property and sitting outside. Really nice table for an outside dinner.

We stayed at Reo's Ranch in Lone Pine for our Mt. Whitney hike (Aug 6–9) with a group of 8, and it was hands-down one of the best stays we've had. The house is spotless, spacious, and comfortable — plenty of room for our whole group without feeling cramped. The living room gave us a great space to relax and regroup after the hike, and kitchen utensils made cooking for the group a breeze. Beds had clean, fresh sheets and towels waiting for us, and the AC kept the place cool and comfortable even after long, hot days on the trail. Location-wise, it's incredibly convenient — easy access to both Whitney Portal and Lone Pine town. The front yard is spacious enough to park several cars, which was a huge plus for a group our size. And of course, the views are unbelievable — you couldn't ask for a better backdrop before or after a big hike. On top of all that, the owners were wonderful — great communicators and genuinely caring hosts who made the whole stay easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone tackling Mt. Whitney or just visiting Lone Pine!

Quail Heaven

This is a really special place to stay in the Eastern Sierras! My family and my partner's family stayed here last week, and we had such a lovely time together. The location is incredible, the cabin is very comfortable, and the abundance of California King quail made excellent neighbors for our weekend in the Alabama Hills ~ we loved it!
