The view of the mountains was absolutely breathtaking and made breakfast a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with a direct bus connection to Innsbruck city center and a stop right outside the hotel. "Good value for money given other places in the area. 20 minute walk to the bus station or into town. Would definitely stay again. You can pay £10 for early check in. However make sure you ring ahead. They said I could come at 12pm but I got there at 2:30pm and my room was not made yet. "

"The room had everything you needed, and was kept clean and refreshed every day by the staff. The receptionist was lovely and welcoming, and the checking-in/checking-out was simple. The apartment is situated in a good location, making access to the airport or town centre very easy and quick. I would definitely stay over here again. Thank you so much!"

"Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer."
