Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
When we arrived to the hotel after a 5 hour trip we saw that there was a big group infront of us wnated to check in we stayed standing for an hour waiting for them to finish because checking in had only one employee when i asked one of the employees there which looked like their manager i told him we wanna check we have been waiting for so lomg the group was about 15 person he said you have to wait for your turn which is not exeptable at all we understand there is only one employee for checking in but in cases like that we would like to see more cooperation and more welcoming at the end its a four star hotel and when we asked if someone can take pur luggage there was no one we reached the room and it looked different than the photos the hotel didnt feel like a 4 star hotel the only thing that made it better was the guy at the reception he was so well manared patient and knows how to deal with clients other than that nothing was good it was actually terrible and we didnt enjoy our stay at all it was a very bad experience
