"I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. "The staff were helpful, informative, and incredibly welcoming! We arrived earlier than we expected and they offered to hold our luggage for us, while also giving us recommendations on places to eat or visit while we waiting for our room to be ready. They had a wonderful live piano performance in the lounge while we were served drinks at the bar. It truly made our visit so much more comfortable! I highly recommend this stay! "

The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered...

"The accommodations were satisfactory. The buffet was a positive aspect, but replenishment should be expedited when items are depleted, especially given the high volume of guests. I also had to request cream cheese, which ideally should be readily available, particularly since bagels are offered. Our room had an unpleasant odor. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken. Upon our second notification, they responded and attributed the smell to the air conditioning not being in operation....

"The room was gross. There was no hot water for showers. Breakfast was not ready by 7am so we could not eat because we had to get to airport. There is NO parking and barely any on the side street where they want you to park. Not a good choice to stay if you have a physically challenged person traveling there. On another note Omar the desk clerk was AWESOME!! Very courtesy and helpful. He is the best asset at this inn. He made the stay bearable. Thank you Omar!!!!"

"From the moment we booked this trip, the staff at the hotel were very communicative and very easy to work with. We stayed with them for our 20th wedding anniversary and they were so kind and helpful. They gave us suggestions of places to go and things to do. You could tell they were very proud of the island and what it had to offer. One note: the pool on the 4th floor was what I consider odd. Not really a pool to swim in. Although we did not take advantage of it, the sister property around...

The ocean had double red flags the entire time we were there but we still had a great time in the pools and sitting on the beach. The location is walkable or affordable uber ride to restaurants. There is a pharmacy next door for snacks and drinks. Overall we were very happy with the trip. "
