The pros: conveniently located in the heart of old san juan within walking distance to some very good restaurants and a great hangout spot we visted every night we were there called moreno.
We early and was able to have our room at 1:30 which was nice.
The cons: very small rooms the tv did not work the whole stay we could hear the neighbors thruout the whole night early morning hours especially, i felt like we were a burden when we asked questions and it was me and my husbands first time coming to puerto rico so we kind of wanted to know about the area and what there was to do the lady wasnt helpful in that department and ut seemed like we were a bother to her we didnt feel welcome and nothing was explained as i thought that since it was a small hotel we would get a tour of what we were getting into when we arrived it wasnt nothing like that we walked in told our room was on the second floor given a code and told to scan a qr code for activities in the area which were slim to none and wasnt helpful so we decided to start asking locals what to do and how to get places we found out more from them than the place we were staying when i booked this room i booked it on reviews and how helpful the staff was and there is no staff there is no front desk and no they arent helpful at all..the only good thing i can say is we felt safe the room was always clean and the area had a ton of bars and restaurants and lots of shopping but dont expect to be catered to.
