"The staff were helpful, informative, and incredibly welcoming! We arrived earlier than we expected and they offered to hold our luggage for us, while also giving us recommendations on places to eat or visit while we waiting for our room to be ready. They had a wonderful live piano performance in the lounge while we were served drinks at the bar. It truly made our visit so much more comfortable! I highly recommend this stay! "

"It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!"

"The pillows or mattress were moldy, the hot tub didnt work, the laundry product machines barely worked, the restaurants didnt take card but INSISTED on room charges and then CHARGED an additional $40 per receipt on top of TIPS. One meal of $30 had an additional surcharge of $40!!! This was never mentioned. The parking was nice, I asked for the CONDADO Hilton not Gardens so I'm disappointed in hotel swap. "Honest review. Me and my daughter had the bunk beds room for 4 nights in March. Upon opening the door we could not fit our carry ons without some struggle. The distance from the bed to the wall is barely 20inches, we are both under 120 pound, and short. For 4 days one of our cases was under the bed, the other one under the bathroom sink...
