We had the absolute privilege of staying at Bellevalia Hydra, and it exceeded every expectation. The location is simply breathtaking, the rooms are beautifully designed, the views are spectacular, and the food is exceptional. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay genuinely unforgettable. It’s almost impossible to single people out because every single person was outstanding, but a special thank you must go to Anna, who went out of her way to make our stay extra special. Stephanous and his wonderful restaurant team, Sergio and Christos, delivered such incredible food and warm hospitality that we didn’t want to dine anywhere else on the island. Thank you also to Renata at reception, Anthony and Paulos at the bar, Alessio, who found us the perfect spot on the beach every day, and Jacob, our friendly water taxi guide, whose warm welcome always put a smile on our faces. Bellevalia Hydra is so much more than a beautiful hotel, it’s a place where genuine hospitality makes you feel completely at home. We leave with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful Hotel in the Heart of Athens We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly feel like we made a great choice booking it! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and extremely clean. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Athens, within walking distance of the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, popular restaurants, and many of the city’s attractions. One of my favorite things was being able to see the Acropolis illuminated at night. The location and views really made the experience special. The hotel also makes things very convenient by allowing you to unlock your room door with your phone, and they provide two complimentary bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Breakfast is included, but it is served at a café located across the street from the hotel. The café is nice, but there aren’t too many breakfast options, so don’t expect a large buffet. The only downside for me was the pool. You have to reserve a time slot, and you are limited to 45 minutes of pool time per day. I wish guests had more flexibility, especially at such a beautiful hotel. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The cleanliness, location, convenience, and overall atmosphere were excellent. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, just do it—you won’t regret it! We were very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again.
