My initial room did not have any windows, just a skylight and it felt like living in a box literally. I asked for a change of room, but I found out the light of the new one did not work , so I have to ask for a room that really worked. The manager on duty took over and reassigned another one, which was much better than I expected. I truly saluted to the manager as she was customer centric, patient and professional. She has the magic that turns lemon into lemonade. When I checked out 2 days later, she made sure my stay was satisfactory and happy. She represented the gold standard of client service. I was impressed by her professionalism and a strong sense of commitment to client engagement and service. I like to express my gratitude and appreciation for her excellent service. I strongly recommend the senior management of NH hotel to talk to her and ask her to share her best practices. I have been staying with NH hotels around Europe at least 3 times before, but this one was the best and I would say this is one of my best experiences in my frequent travel. At the very least I would like to recognize this amazing manager for her excellent services. Please send my gratitude and appreciation to her. Once again, thank you! I am looking forward to seeing her in my near future in Paris as I will definitely stay this hotel next time in Paris, which will be soon. A job well done and you deserve a salute !
