Only two steps away from the Vaugirard metro station which will lead you to the most famous places of Paris, this carefully decorated apartment will be ideal in order to discover the capital city.

Situated on the 1st floor (with lift) of a residence that faces a wooded park, this 62 sq. m modern, luminous and soundproof apartment is composed of:
- a cozy living space,
- a bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with bathtub/shower,
- a perfectly equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

Construction on the 8th floor is scheduled to last for three months, and may cause some inconvenience.

Please note the following additional costs:
- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

→ Guests will receive all the essential items for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, etc.

## Neighborhood

In the 15th arrondissement of Paris, just right by the Vaugirard metro station, this apartment is located close to all the tourist sites such as the Eiffel Tower, the quartier Saint Germain, the Hôtel des Invalides and many other famous sites of Paris. The apartment is nested in the Vaugirard neighbourhood which kept its way of living, its familial ambiance and its green gardens inherited from the XIXth century. You'll be able to enjoy a lot of these green parks, such as the Adolphe Chérioux, George Brassens or André Citroën. Whether you want to go shopping at Le Bon Marché, visit the Parc du Luxembourg or run along the banks of the Seine - in this studio you can fully enjoy the French capital on foot or by transport and discover the many chic restaurants and bars of the district.
