"A unique property located close to downtown Victoria. Nicely maintained grounds with a beautiful old massive Sequoia tree in the front area. The hotel is a little dated, but is very clean and in a quiet area, very helpful l staff"

"Great location! Lots of space. Very hot and humid inside the condo. There were old and dusty fans in the unit that helped cool us down a wee bit. One of the windows on the main floor was out of order - it would have helped to be able to open it. The window above the main bed has no screen and was covered in bird poop so we were not wanting to open it as it is right over the bed."

"Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and staff were very polite and helpful There's a new port going in across the street from the hotel so expect noise during the day, there's also another port across from the hotel as well. There's no air conditioning in the rooms. They supply a fan though and the window in the room does open a well. Close to lots of amenities and that's why we chose to stay there. We would stay there again"
