"We LOVED this stay. The room was fantastic, updated yet classic, large bathroom, amazing location, and great staff. The room had AC which was a huge plus after the hot summer days exploring. Favorite hotel of our trip."

"The property was in a great location to walk around the historic area, and only an 15 min walk from the main train station. The staff were so helpful. The room was well designed, considering it was on the smaller side and the bed was very comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options, and warm service. As folks from the US, we are newer to the type of shower with a handheld sprayer, and loved the AC option, but wished it would stay on continuously through the night....

"The guy who checked me in ( I’m sorry I don’t remember his name ) was so courteous and kind. He also helped me later on when I needed a kettle. I was travelling solo so this sort of care an attention was gratefully received. My room was cleaned every day. Unfortunately some mosquitos must have got in and used ti bother me every night. "Loved this hotel and would stay again. Superb breakfast and views. Located in the old town a 2 stop bus ride from the train station. All amenities worked well room with lovely terrace. Restaurants, golden roof and imperial palace only 5 minute walk away."

"STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE! I stayed in Apartment 5-2-Birds Nest at the Golden Roof Apartments by Penz, which are owned and managed by Stage 12 Hotel. The biggest issue was that the apartment was extremely hot, even though it was raining outside and the temperature was only about 18°C. We opened all the windows and used the two fans provided, but the apartment never cooled down. A Stage 12 staff member even brought us an additional fan and confirmed that the apartment was excessively hot. The...

"Great location, and nicely decorated hotel. Great breakfast too! However 1) no full mirror in the bedroom ( super annoying for a lady that needs to dress up) 2) réception clerk had a double booking for the same night, gave us the room because we were the first one showing up..but made a whole fuss about it ( not our fault if there were 2 bookings on 2 different platforms made at the same time honestly!)."

"A comfortable and clean hotel. Situated an easy 10 min walk along the river into Innsbruck. Has a large supermarket next door and opposite one of the funicular train stops which was very convenient for our trip up to ‘The top of Innsbruck’ We also enjoyed the wellness suite and gym area. I would definitely stay again."
