"The property was in a great location to walk around the historic area, and only an 15 min walk from the main train station. The staff were so helpful. The room was well designed, considering it was on the smaller side and the bed was very comfortable. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options, and warm service. "Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Rooftopbar und unfassbar tolles, umfangreiches und außergewöhnliches Frühstücksbuffet (Sonntag morgen) mit knapp 20 verschiedenen, tw. exotischen Früchten, petit four, zahlreichen Milchprodukten und Cremen usw. und natürlich mit allem, was man sonst auch bei Frühstücksbrunchs am Buffet findet. "STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE! I stayed in Apartment 5-2-Birds Nest at the Golden Roof Apartments by Penz, which are owned and managed by Stage 12 Hotel. The biggest issue was that the apartment was extremely hot, even though it was raining outside and the temperature was only about 18°C. We opened all the windows and used the two fans provided, but the apartment never cooled down. "A comfortable and clean hotel. Situated an easy 10 min walk along the river into Innsbruck. Has a large supermarket next door and opposite one of the funicular train stops which was very convenient for our trip up to ‘The top of Innsbruck’ We also enjoyed the wellness suite and gym area. I would definitely stay again."

"This is a great Hotel and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is really good and there is a large selection of items, and beverages. Checkin was simple and with Marla's help for what stores are nearby and how the garage operated, we were able to get around easily."
