"Excellent! This was our first visit to this resort and it was perfect! Our condo was so clean, relaxing and we LOVED the decor and current rustic look. We only stayed 2 nights so didn’t use any of the amenities, but what we saw was so inviting. The pool was being refurbished, but we were busy going to shows in Branson, that we wouldn’t have used it. It is a timeshare and we were invited to a presentation but declined since we already owned at other places. I would LOVE to own one as a privately...

"Great view, our room was a bit dusty and I’m guessing the guest before us spent time on the balcony and left their trash there. It’s time for an upgrade. Staff was okay."

"Staff was overall friendly. Property is def showing its age. Carpet is dirty, wood beams on the walkway to breakfast area have visible rot. Breakfast not good. Scrambled eggs sitting in a large bowl were soggy and wet. Same sausage, scrambled, toast, hard biscuits, bad gravy EVERY single day. Best part of the stay was the price and the staff. Nice setting. Lawrence Welk designed it according to staff, and he would probably be disappointed in what it has become."

"Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. We were on the second floor in the "Everly Joy" room.....queen bed....very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch after returning from our day's journeys and...

"Clerk was friendly. Room was very damp feeling. Towels were damp. The room smelled of mildew/mold. There was mold on the ceiling. Bathroom room door would not shut due to stuffing swelled up due to moisture."

"The property is beautiful, front desk was professional, breakfast was great. The room was a different story. The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. The complimentary makeup remover was bone dry. Room...

"Nice place. Very clean. They cater to members. Pretty expensive to have no view, next air conditioners. Staff was great. Leaky bathtub was fixed right away. Pool was very clean and nice. Starting to show its age. And they did move us from the first unit after we complained, as they were drilling holes for new pipes. (That unit should not have been rented until work was done). "Basic room, bed, air, breakfast etc. almost dropped a star for the bathroom door that stuck, slits in the back of the curtain, and cracks in whatever the sink is made of."

"I was a little disappointed with the property. with the rating it was receiving the room was underwhelming. The carpet had an iron burn it and snags. The dresser was old and was coming a part. The room smelled musty. The towels were small and there were only 3 which is an odd number. Like I said I was just disappointed for the rating it is receiving."

"The Retro Hotel was very reasonably priced and located in a great location on the strip in Branson to see all of the attractions. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the pool was amazing! The hotel was very clean and we will definitely stay there again."
