"The room was beautiful and super clean. The king size bed was super comfortable and an actual comforter. The property was beautiful and we had a blast playing in the game room and the other games by the pond. We will definitely stay here again"

"The location is beautiful. The room windows and carpet need updating. Our view was horrible over a flat roof with a spot light shining in at night. Food was good. Staff were friendly. Close to lake. We have stayed there a few times but probably for the cost change our next hotel in Branson."

"Honestly for the price it wasn’t terrible just our room wasn’t clean at all .. there was trash in the floor and under the bed then urine on our toilet .. the food isn’t good at all but the little water park was a plus and the staff was very very nice ! Especially an older lady I didn’t catch her name but she was very welcoming and even gave my kiddos a cupcake!"

It's not just a place for you; the rooms are permeated with foul odors, and I'm not referring to cigarette smoke. The carpets are filthy; you can't walk there and rest. We had a terrible experience at this place this past Fourth of July weekend. We had booked and paid for a room for two nights, but we couldn't even stay for one.
