"Everything was excellent except for the poolsnwas down for remodeling, which wasnt somethingnthat could be helped. "

"Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. "

"Civilization out in the middle.The property is for the most part in disrepair. The t v in the bedroom only came on in black and white, the air conditioner did not work properly, the it makes hotels hot tub jets were only fifty percent working. This property charges and boasts way too much for the condition.It is in."

"The pool and outdoor games are terrific for children. We were in unit twelve , which was in terrible condition. The staff was very helpful and responsive and said they will be remodeling that building soon."

"This hotel used to be our favorite in Branson. It used to have a great amenity, the indoor water park with slides, hot tubs and awesome poolside drinks and meals. We returned after a 2.5yr break from Branson and found out there’s nothing anymore. Now there’s really nothing that sets it apart from a Motel 6. Great prices though "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Bradford House B&B. The owners were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They were very friendly and I did feel very relaxed and at home. "

"This is a very spread out property so be ready to walk up hills and far to get to the front desk from your room. No breakfast. Outdoor pool and hot tub was closed. The indoor pool smelled like chlorine and dirty diapers with a million people in there. Parking sucks. Booked the room on Expedia only to get there in front desk did not have the same information on what room I booked. We definitely will never be staying there ever again."

"Although my stay was good and my room was mostly clean except some socks left over from the previous person I just felt as if the pictures on Expedia aren’t the same in person. I booked off that alone and it just looked totally different. But it was a good stay."

"Hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, sausage, and cereal. Not a big choice of items but very fresh. Room was very clean, staff is very friendly and competent. Plenty of parking. Weve stayed here numerous times and have always been happy. "

"The staff seemed like they hated life. Behind the bathroom door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The room was very dark, and it is VERY small. The vanity is in the main room and the tub/toilet is in what seems to be a closet. If you don’t pay for a balcony room you get a terrible view - wonderful Golden Arches of McDonald’s shown very bright through our window lol. The pool area was great, hot tub was great. Breakfast was ok. It was very quiet, but off season in Branson was a ghost...

"room service is two time in a week according to staff says They says after Covid they do only twist a week And after covid room rate are increased and service is not up to mark according to Marriot service is not good i will not recommended "

"Beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast was mediocre. The biscuits were hard and gravy pretty thick. Everything else was hot. Great variety!"
