"My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇"

"Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊"

"Talk about a perfect vacation. This property was extremely beautiful and clean. It suited my family in every way possible. We stayed 7 days, and each time we opened the doors it was hard to believe we had to leave. Awesome location close to the water and shops made the trip so relaxing. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this location. "

"The stay was excellent!Communication with hostess, Judy, was excellent.The view from the front lawn was awesome. The house is positioned so that the front is shaded from 1:00 pm on.The morning sun was refreshing to sit in the front yard & look out over the bay.It was great for my disabled stepfather in an electric wheelchair. Judy’s husband even went & rearranged furniture before our stay to make sure he had enough room. My mother has knee problems & walks with a cane & she got around with no...

"The amenities in the home, both inside and outside, were amazing!! The house is fully stock with everything you need and more. The owner truly supplied everything to make the stay comfortable. There was ample space for our big family. Plenty of parking for everyone. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed lots of fishing and grilling. We had an issue with the septic tank being full for one of the restrooms in half of the home. This was the only inconvenience we experienced. Some of our guests...

"We loved this place, it was just enough space for all of us. The only complaint was one of the beds was too hard so I slept on the couch, but it was very comfortable. The house was in a great location, the view exceptional, furniture was very comfortable, and kitchen was fully equipped. We loved sitting out in the deck/balcony just enjoying the view. "Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. "A very cute little property. There are several units. Ours was about the size of a hotel room with a micro wave and fridge. Great location close to restaurants and swimming. If we stay here again we will bring something to soften the mattress. "

"Beautiful home we all had a great time plenty for all to do and enjoy The whole family enjoyed the pool hot tub and absouletly loved the fishing off the dock we caught red fish spotted trout flounder sheepshead and even a blue crab.
