"When I first pulled to the hotel looks like nothing like the photos here ! I check in the lobby and look abandon but continued the process they stated from the hours of 11pm to 7 am there no receptionist to help so you cannot loose your card if you do you won’t get back in second towel bed sheets you need to bring them to the lobby and they give you new ones … so went up to the room and had trouble getting in so went out and when I went to bed I notice a roach but didn’t think nothing of it then...

"Overall, it was a good day, but there were itty-bitty little ants all over my bathroom counter in the morning. I killed probably 20 to 30 of them.
I was also very disappointed when I mistakenly booked Orlando instead of Port Canaveral that this management team did not allow me to cancel with 30 days plus notice, when Expedia contacted them. I tried twice."

"We wanted to stay somewhere close to Epic Universe as this was our first visit to the park. The biggest perks for us for our hotel stay was location and a pool. I knew there was a lot of amenities at this particular hotel, I kind of skimmed over everything and was pleased with what I saw. As soon as we drove through the front gate, everything was beyond perfect. We were immediately greeted by the valet staff who got us a luggage cart. "The staff was amazing, rooms were cleaned promptly everyday if needed. The pool was nice! The kitty pool was not filled all the way up and did not look clean. Splash pad was perfect. The hot tub was nice as well. I wish there was an adults only hot tub section. I wish the food was more reasonably priced so we didn’t have to leave to find cheaper. You also have to pay for parking per night. "

"We were treated very well at the reception, but we had to change rooms because the bathtub was dirty and clogged. Then in the room that we got, we had to deal with the people in the room next door who began to hit each other and fight. We only stayed one night. Not a very quiet place to rest. "
