"I was really impressed by how the Property offers reusable Plates and Silverware, it’s very Environmentally Friendly to have a Hotel go the extra mile to reuse These items instead of taking the shortcut and to use disposable plates and cups, I would definitely make this Hotel my choice when visiting Phoenix, very well done."

"Nice convenient downtown location. Room was ok, however, PLEASE invest in new pillows! Staff not very helpful, the bar/restaurant needs staff to accommodate the guests. You are better off leaving the hotel for breakfast. Not enough staff to help serve. Don’t plan on a late night snack or drink after 10pm if you are returning to the hotel after an event the bar will be closed."

"I took a solo trip to AZ to rest, recharge, and enjoy reading by the pool. This property was more than I could have asked for- from friendly staff, great food, well maintained pool areas, and lots of beautiful seating nooks. I want to mention Jane at Reception who took care and kindness to another level. She was on the phone with an upset guest when I came in, but observing her assist them and then myself was great. I would absolutely book a stay here again! Do yourself a favor and book the pool...

"Specifically chose this hotel for the airport shuttle upon checking in. I asked the guy at the front desk about having a shuttle for the following morning. I stated that we would need it between seven and 715. Got there at 7:03 and was informed that the shuttle had just left at seven, which I begged to differ because we were standing outside getting stuff facing the front and never even saw the shuttle so I had to call an Uber and that cost me an additional $35 that I was not expecting to pay."

"The construction we didn’t know about before booking. There was no parking or rides to the river ranch to avoid the parking issue and no closer pool to go to instead or even just relax in near the rooms which would be nice after 8pm until 10 at least. We came just for swimming so it was a real bummer. I didn’t see 7 pools at the river ranch either so I wondered where the others were but I was told that was the only place to swim."
