Edgewater Windward 104 - 1 BR

This quaint beachfront 1BR vacation condo rental at the Edgewater Windward building offers a perfect space for a relaxing weekend at our beautiful PCB beaches! The master bedroom features a queen bed with access to the master bathroom along with access to the low floor beachfront balcony. The balcony is as close to the beach as you can be while sipping your coffee or enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. The common area of this oceanfront haven has a sleeper sofa with access to the units second bathroom. The condo also has an inflatable full mattress for those that would prefer using it over the sleeper sofa. The condo is listed as the first floor (is actually at second floor height) but the complex is actually raised and the condo must be accessed via one flight of stairs or the elevator located just outside the front door of the condo.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater resorts offers several pools, one of them heated, the Edgewater Windward building is on the quieter west end of the property. Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! Extended monthly stays might require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Nothing good or bad to say except shower in bathroom beside bedroom had a leak coming from above unit and water dripping in bathroom from it. Repair was attempted but it continued to leak my entire stay and ceiling tile was soaked and bulging with water even after a new piece of tile was put in so because of the leak my family and I shared the one shower in the front bathroom. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable it could be updated and the kitchen chairs were unstable and we were afraid to sit on them also toilet in front bathroom probably need to be replaced because what I initially thought was waste and bathroom not being clean was explained to me it was just rusted or some part of the glue or something.causing it to flush slowly other than that it was a pleasant stay enjoying the view of the ocean from the balcony

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!

Really appreciated the close proximity to the beach, elevator, & parking… very conducive for someone with back & knee issues. Property manager was also very responsive & helpful when we needed to add an extra night at the very last minute. We loved it & will never stay anyplace else in PCB!!

Decent Condo in a good neighborhood

The best thing about this unit is that it is in Edgewater one of our favorite places to stay. This particular building is at the far end of the resort and doesn’t seem to be quite up to the standards of the resort as a whole. In fairness there did seem to be some upgrades taking place, so maybe it’s improving. The unit itself was clean and right on the beach. The furnishings could use some upgrades such as comfortable seating in the living room and a larger bed. All was clean and you do have a nice beach view. I would stay there again but would look for a more updated unit first. The dryer needs a new heating element and the hair dryer does not work.

Beautiful location. Close to beach access The condo was very clean. Needs lights replaced in kitchen. One toilet does not flush well. No hangers in closet. Called property management. They said they would bring some but never did. Also gave us the wrong beach access code. We would stay here again

Great retreat

Weather was rainy and cold (30's!) but the location and view were perfect. Great restaurants and plenty of fun activities nearby. I would recommend this condo to couples and small families.

Oceanfront!

Excellent location! Balcony is spacious and right on the beach! The condo itself is comfortable but a bit outdated and needs some maintenance attention. The screens on sliders were off tracks and once back on track, couldn’t slide without popping off track again. Needs many more kitchen items, especially silverware. There are no fans provided and no ceiling fans.

Couple Relaxation Trip

We are grandparents who rode our motorcycle from Cincinnati here to spend time with family. This condo had location location!! What I wish it had was a Keurig!! Hand-held shower at least in the one bathroom. Personal preference but we prefer these little amenities. Otherwise this condo was perfect!! Cleaned perfectly!! They even got us in a bit earlier realizing our "motorcycle" situation. Much appreciated! Bed was very comfortable & soft. Tons of storage. Balcony was great.
