"A warm and gracious welcome by Dmitry, the homeowner, set the stage for a lovely stay. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood on a street nestled in the foothills. Abundant wildlife, flora and majestic trees adorn the property. We slept most comfortably, and it was such a treat to be provided delicious Illy coffee (via Keurig machine) and bottled water. "This place is in a great location and plenty big enough for a family to stay. Pretty central to everything including Griffith Park and Universal Studios. Also super close to Downtown and Little Tokyo which the kids loved. Garage parking was super convenient and the owner was reachable and friendly. Check in and check out were a breeze!"

"The house accommodated 4 adults and 3 children quite nicely. It was very clean with good amenities. Our hosts, Alex and Gui, were excellent - very responsive, easy communication!This house is in a great neighborhood for nearby restaurants and access to lots of Hollywood area attractions. Please know that the immediate vicinity in which it is located is very hilly with narrow streets, making outdoor walks with children near the house a bit of a challenge."

"This property has a lot of character and was the perfect size for 3 adults. The check in process was simple and we appreciated that when the property was ready we received notification inviting us to check in early. I had a few questions and received very quick responses. The neighborhood was ok. Lots of bars on windows gives it a certain vibe. And it was kind of noisy on some nights. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend."
