Amazing one bedroom freestanding house with top of the line appliances, including an outside area to come and relax after a long day out. It has central ac/heat and even an electric charger in case you have an electric vehicle. This is a back house so once you drive up you will find your own hidden retreat in the middle of the city or walk to the multiple restaurants and cafes in the area, even go a couple of walks to the fabulous hiking trails.

What a fabulous home and great location! Parking right at the front door. The place looks newly remodeled with beautiful appliances, crown molding and huge walk in shower. The place was spotless, the host was so helpful and responsive. Would highly stay here again!

The kitchen was fully equipped, the walk in closet had more sheets and blankets than I needed. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped also. The outside area was clean and lively, but it was raining so we didn’t use it. I’d stay there again.

The unit met all of our expectations it was clean, well stocked, and in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The complete kitchen very nice, even though we did not cook any large meals. It was convenient to a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The host was very responsive to our questions.If/when we need to stayin the area again, this will be our first choice.

My husband and I flew into Los Angeles for The Oasis concert at The Rose Bowl. We had the pleasure of staying at this modern guesthouse and it was perfect for our stay. The owner is very thoughtful and accommodating. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, combining comfort and style seamlessly. It is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. California getaway

The location was great for us to easily get to Universal Studios and Six Flags. The unit was clean and easy to locate. It was great to have a parking space off the street. Just be aware you will have to reverse out a way, which can be harder for some. Great stay overall!

Perfect stay

The space is better than pictured. Everything is very clean and all amenities needed for convenience and comfort available. As the middle stop on a multi week road trip in which we otherwise stayed at hotels, it was nice to have a separate bedroom space from our teen who slept on the sofabed. Communcation was great with the owner and we felt safe throughout the time there. For those like me who are "reverse-driving challenged", exiting the long tight driveway was a bit of a trick each day, but we were very grateful for the dedicated parking space. We would recommend this to others staying in the area.

Property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Plenty of space for a couple or small family and comfortable for long stays. Great breakfast and lunch at Uptown Coffee on the corner - good location for traveling around LA or enjoying all Burbank and Glendale have to offer. The driveway is skinny but manageable in a standard vehicle. Host provided all needed information via messages promplty.

Great little cottage!

We chose this spot because it was close to our event. I’m so glad to have found it as it was perfect for our needs. Even better that there are to separate rooms with tv’s and no need to input our info to stream our favourite shows We will definitely stay here again next year!

Sehr sauber und nett gemacht

Waren dort für 4 nächte und es ist wirklich nett gemacht. Einziger Kritik Punkt wäre dass es etwas dunkel ist und im Schlafzimmer kein Fenster ist. Aber dafür eine Klimaanlage also eigentlich alles super. Die Lage ist auch okay. LA ist halt groß weshalb man immer etwas fahren muss. Aber wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sicher gefühlt.Sehr empfehlenswert

Great location

Nice place to stay while we explored the area. Close to everything. The driveway is narrow and street parking is limited. I didn’t feel comfortable back out, but you may feel differently. Host is very responsive. Would stay again.

Grandview Cozy House

We loved this place. It worked well for us visiting family in Valley Village and Glendale. The building was just right for a couple. We had a some difficulty connecting to the WiFi when we first arrived, but the host was responsive in providing an alternate connection. The building is in the back of the property down a narrow driveway. There was a nice outdoor area. If we had rented a car there was a charging station available. The washer and dryer were in a separate building. Nice extermal camera security on the property.

Great Property, Great Location

The guest house itself was better than I had expected. The rooms were comfortable and roomy, kitchen was well equipped, the closet was amazing. I did rent an SUV which was difficult to navigate up the narrow driveway and didn't leave much room to open doors. I would also have appreciated written check out instructions at the property like I have seen at most rentals. The owner messaged me at the end of the stay but the message was buried in my million emails I received while on vacation. I missed a step that was outlined in my hurry to check out and return our car rental but the issue was quickly resolved with the owner.

Lovely little cottage

My husband and I came into town for a few days and needed a place that would allow for an easy access to Hollywood and out to Pasadena. This little cottage was perfect. It was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. It was nice not having to look for a parking spot on the street. Bernice was easy to communicate with.
