Just eight miles away, spend time at The Wharf, where you'll find the best dining and shopping options, live music, daiquiri bars, boat bars, the Amphitheatre, and more - there's almost always an event happening, or check out the streets of the shopping center for goings-on. If you feel like watching a movie, visit the state-of-the-art MAC Theatre at The Wharf as well! And if you're looking to escape from the bustling city and relax, the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail runs past calm freshwater lakes, coastal swamps, and lush wetlands teeming with life.

THINGS TO KNOW
Beginning mid-October 2023, balcony doors will be replaced for every rental in this complex. During daytime hours, noise will be audible, construction workers and their equipment will be present, and parking may be impacted. Additionally, views may be obstructed. The completion time is not known.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing get away! Condo was all that we needed. However the toaster only toasted one side of the bread and garbage disposal did not work.. if that is our only two complaints then I say this condo is worth the stay

FILTHY!!! DO NOT STAY HERE

This property was absolutely filthy! I reached out to vacasa, but did not get an answer. There were urine stains all over the beds. The carpets and furniture were heavily soiled. I even submitted pictures to them. The shower heads were also COVERED in mold. NO cleaning happens in this condo. Save yourself and do not rent here!

Not what we expected.

The toilet in the master bathroom had been leaking before we arrived. It had leaked into the carpeting of the master bedroom. While they did come and fix the toilet, they never cleaned up the water in the bedroom. The other bathroom door did not want to close over the floor of the bathroom. The laundry door did not close. There were long black hairs in the guest bathroom. The unit could use updating including the master bath vanity, the rotted or rusted wood on that vanity, appliances were dated. Elevators were hesitant to operate and often we were nervous to use them. The unit could also use additional kitchen containers and cooking tools. The Mr. Coffee was dirty when we got there. The sliding glass door did not lock and was difficult to open and close.

Not up to par

When I spend over 3k for a week at a condo I expect to check in on time and have the unit clean. I also expect not to have to listen to constructive toon on the roof all day. Bright spot was the master bed was fabulous. Children’s bunk bed were cracked. Will never go back! Kyle Epps

Overpriced

The beach was awesome, but we won’t be staying in this condo again. For the price point we didn’t feel like we got our money’s worth. Here’s why: 1. carpet in both bedrooms needs to be replaced badly. 2. All the patio chairs were broken and unable to be used. 3. Garbage disposal was broken. 4. Toilet was clogged upon arrival. 5. We found candy wrappers on the floor in both bedrooms when got there. Made us seriously question the actual cleanliness of the apartment. 6. Lastly, this is outside of the control of the condo owner’s hands, but the building isn’t in good shape. Lots of construction going on. The first thing I smelled when I got out of the car was garbage from an overflowing roll off box sitting right next to the building. This is our second time at Palm Harbour. The first condo we stayed in was great. Clearly, the owners had pride in making sure their unit was in tip top shape. The owner of the condo I’m rating here clearly didn’t seem to have that same initiative.

If only the property looked like the pictures. I couldn't take my shoes off. The floors were clearly dirty. I am sure they were swept and mopped between renters, but needed much more attention. I could easily get the grime off with a scrubber. The brown carpets weren't any better. There were black patches in the traveled areas. No confidence. I know we were probably the season end renters but everyone renting deserves a clean place. 2 of the 4 balcony chairs had broken slats and the cushions need replacing. The balcony needed a good cleaning too. The beds and bathrooms were clean and that is why we stayed. The beds need a blanket so you don't have to use the comforter. It was stained. I had to use extra bedding on the furniture to be able to sit on a clean surface. If they are just stained, they need to be replaced. Love Orange Beach. Have been coming for years. Will not stay in this condo apt. again.

Two of the three sinks leaked. The sliding glass door was almost to hard to open. The fan in the bedroom was very loud. The tv in one of the bedrooms did not work. Other than just maintaining the room all was good.

The condo building was great, this unit was not

The realty group that owns the condo we stayed in was great. Checking in and out was super easy. You use a code on the door so there is no need to pick keys up at another location. The building was older but the pool and grill area was great and well maintained. The location is right on the beach and close to so many great restaurants. The unit itself was less than to be desired. The dishwasher was broken. Very cramped in the second bedroom with bunk bed that seemed to be an after thought. The top bunk is almost directly under the ceiling fan. Had to be very careful when up there. The ac was inconsistent. Very cold in the master, warm in the 2nd bedroom. Sheets were clean but the comforters had not be thoroughly cleaned in a while. Master bedroom comforter looked like it had a blood stain on it. The patio door was extremely hard to open. The furniture was comfortable but didn’t feel very clean. Kitchen had all the amenities needed (minus the dishwasher). The second bedroom window opens to the hallway which was pretty pointless but also noisy and bright at night. Overall I would stay in the complex again, I just would not choose this unit.

This condo is very dirty!

They need to have this place cleaned better or a different company clean it. Its dirty everywhere. They need to replace all the furniture as it all has gross stains. There was a awful smell in the condo the whole week. The condo looks like when someone sold it this company came in w thrift store stuff to replace the furniture and then started renting it out. There are nails and screws all over the walls where things used to hang. The paint is cracking its so old. The trim work was filthy and had dust and grime built up on it. The tile has mold in the grout. The carpet is very dirty. I didn't feel like i could walk anywhere in the condo wo shoes on. The only good part of the condo was the beds were clean. Thank goodness

Perfect for our family!

The unit was perfect for our family of five! The kids specifically wanted a place where they could stay together and the 2nd bedroom with bed and bunks was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean and well-maintained and had everything we needed. The in-unit washer and dryer was a definite plus! This unit is in one of the nicer complexes in the area and the beach was down a small boarded walkway - truly steps from the unit. We loved our stay and would definitely use this unit if we came back to the area for another vacation! Thanks :)
