There is a clean well-designed room and a beautiful and affordable restaurant with a rooftop view of the city. There is a DJ and dancing too. They serve brunch and are open until midnight with cocktails. The main entrance has lovely furnishings and you can work there. It is a central UWS location for the arts whether work or leisure. "The location of the Hyatt Regency Times Square was perfect! It was located right in the middle of downtown which made it super convenient. We were able to walk to many of the attractions and shopping with no problem. The hotel was clean and the rooms were roomy. I have already said this is where we will stay on return visits. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas!"

Rooms clean, quiet and great for sleeping after long days of sightseeing. My only want- the safe is on the floor and it was hard to see and operate. It would be nice to have it located in a more accessible area in the room. "
