Not because it's anything fancy, but the location right next to Penn Station, Amtrak, LIRR, and the A/C/E, 1/2/3, B/D/F/M, and 7 trains is so convenient. "Room was very clean, and extremely quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and near Central Park, the subway and numerous stores. It was a little more expensive than I hoped to spend but overall a great value for NY. Look forward to staying here again."

"Our experience at this hotel was deeply disappointing and fell far below reasonable expectations of cleanliness and service. The room and linens were not properly maintained. The bedding was unclean, and the pillowcases had visible stains, which is entirely unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom facilities were not functional. Both the shower and the sink were clogged, preventing proper drainage. We made multiple requests for assistance, yet no one came to address the issue during our stay....
